- Free bets will be credited within 24 hours of the bet being settled.

- BETANDYOU has the right to amend the terms of the promotion, cancel or renew the promotion, or refuse participation in any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- BETANDYOU may limit or refuse customers the right to take part in this or any other promotion.
- BETANDYOU reserves the right to review customers' transaction records and logs for any reason. If, upon such review, it appears that a customer is participating in strategies that BETANDYOU at its sole discretion deems to be abusive, BETANDYOU reserves the right to reclaim the free bet and revoke the customer's entitlement to participate in the promotion.
- Only one bonus is allowed per customer, family, address, shared computer, shared IP address, and any identical account details including email address, bank account details, credit card information and payment system account. Any misuse of this bonus offer will lead to the account being closed.
- The customer must provide ID documents, when necessary, to validate their identity (KYC). Failure to produce these documents if requested will result in the bonus and any winnings being forfeited. BETADNYOU reserves the right to request, at any time, that the customer provides photographic evidence of themselves holding their ID (the customer’s face must be clearly visible in the photo) or undergoes identification via telephone.
